A full Contractor's subscription costs $39 a month, that's less than one man hour. Once you establish your 'Default Project Search', the system searchs the data base for any new projects matching your scope and area of interest that have been posted since your last log on, and sets a link on your home page. If you decide to bid that project you can post your intent to bid on a division page, with a scope statement and request for quotes. If the information on the project pages is updated by the Project Manager an alert is sent to your home page. In addition, you will have a Company Information Page, where your contact information is available to anyone searching for contractors in your area. You can also list as many reffrences as you wish, a complete company resume. If you wish you can post a'Completed Projects Page' with digital Photos of your work. All this for less than the cost of a three line add in a single Yellow Pages.
Material Suppliers or Vendors subscription is also $39 a month, and works the same way as the Contractors, but instead of reffrences, you have a 'Line Card' where you can list as many of the products you sell as you wish. You can link the items in your Line Card to catalog web pages if you wish or use the line card as your online catalog. Anyone can search for material supplier either by company name, discription or Line Card items.
